Javea / Xabia consists of three main places: Arenal, Old Town and the Port and many different beaches that attract people from all over the world for rest and recreation. This region has some of the best diving spots in all of Spain. You can also cycle, run, play tennis, ride a horse, hike or just rent a motorboat, jet ski and enjoy the sea and sun. For the more adventurous, it is possible to rent kayaks or paddle boards and explore the coastal caves. A short walk to Arenal Beach provides everything this place has to offer.
This luxurious and modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 6 people, and if necessary, another one thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very comfortable and consists of an open plan living room, kitchen / dining room with access to the terrace. The apartment comes with a flat-screen TV with English and Spanish channels. Each bedroom is air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary appliances that can be used. Parking space in the underground garage.
International airports such as Alicante and Valencia, Costa Blanca are just over an hour away by car.

Javea is between Alicante and Valencia airports – 80 and 100 kilometres respectively. A hire car is suggested but certainly not essential given that all amenities are within easy walking distance of the apartment. Please let us know however if you require airport transfer to be arranged.
Javea is a wonderful place to explore. There are 3 distinct areas. The “Arenal”, the wide sandy bay, flanked by numerous restaurants, bars and shops. In the evening, the promenade comes alive and is lined the various stalls selling hand made crafts. (ideal for those presents to take home). The “Port”, where the fishermen still dock, to sell at the fish market. There is a more Spanish feel to the front here, again with many bars, restaurants and shops. The historic “Old Town”, full of culture, narrow cobbled street, local “tapas” and “paella”.
Excursions nearby (all appx 30 mins drive) include: Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park,Terra Natura Wildlife Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Safari Park, Caves, Waterfalls (the Fonts d’Agar).
The Jalon and Montgo countryside is breathtaking.
At Valencia there is a great Science Museum and Oceanographic center (marine). Benidorm has the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and the “kiss me quick” atmosphere and is a wonderful experience if you have not been there.
Denia beach and harbour (20/30 mins drive) can get you to Ibiza and Majorca by ferry
This apartment can be rented at a very good price as a winter let during the low season months here allowing you to escape the harsh winters and enjoy the beautiful winter sun and amazing climate that Javea has to offer.
