There is an entrance from  the kitchen and living area to  a pleasant roof terrace where you can find an additional table for alfresco dining  and  a further sofa.

The apartment is located in the newly finished urbanization Arenal Dream with its own swimming pool and chill out area.

The complex is located in the perfect location being just 150 m from the blue flag sandy Arenal beach with its beautiful promenade and many restaurants and cafes set in a semi circular beach setting. It also benefits from being a mere 50 mtrs or so to shops, public transport, sports facilities and medical centres etc.

There is underground garage space for 1 car with the apartment.

Javea is a mere 80 km drive from the international airport in Alicante or 100 km from the airport in Valencia.

Javea is between Alicante and Valencia airports – 80 and 100 kilometres respectively. A hire car is suggested but certainly not essential given that all amenities are within easy walking distance of the apartment. Please let us know however if you require airport transfer to be arranged.


Javea is a wonderful place to explore. There are 3 distinct areas. The “Arenal”, the wide sandy bay, flanked by numerous restaurants, bars and shops. In the evening, the promenade comes alive and is lined the various stalls selling hand made crafts. (ideal for those presents to take home). The “Port”, where the fishermen still dock, to sell at the fish market. There is a more Spanish feel to the front here, again with many bars, restaurants and shops. The historic “Old Town”, full of culture, narrow cobbled street, local “tapas” and “paella”.


Excursions nearby (all appx 30 mins drive) include: Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park,Terra Natura Wildlife Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Safari Park, Caves, Waterfalls (the Fonts d’Agar).

The Jalon and Montgo countryside is breathtaking.

At Valencia there is a great Science Museum and Oceanographic center (marine). Benidorm has the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and the “kiss me quick” atmosphere and is a wonderful experience if you have not been there.
Denia beach and harbour (20/30 mins drive) can get you to Ibiza and Majorca by ferry


This apartment can be rented at a very good price as a winter let during the low season months here allowing you to escape the harsh winters and enjoy the beautiful winter sun and amazing climate that Javea has to offer.

From 01.04 till 20 .06.2019-  130 Euros per night, min 7 nights

From 21.06 till  31.07.2019-  140 Euros per night, min 7 nights

From 01.08 till  08.09.2019 – 180 Euros per night etc, min 7 nights.

Plus 100 Euros for final cleaning and 11 Euros per person for laundry, 500 Euros security deposit

Cancellation policy:

60 days before arrival full amount is returned

30 days before arrival 75% is returned

Less  then 30 days before arrival 50% is returned
